Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received by Tuesday 28 February 2017 will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after Tuesday 28 February 2017 will not receive a refund. However, the committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted due to late or failure of visa applications; however substitute delegates will be accepted in this instance.
Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- Personal or Company Cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to: EECW P/L in trust for Coasts & Ports 2017.
- Bank drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to EECW P/L in trust for Coasts & Ports 2017.
- Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and Encanta Event Management accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
