Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received by Tuesday 28 February 2017 will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after Tuesday 28 February 2017 will not receive a refund. However, the committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted due to late or failure of visa applications; however substitute delegates will be accepted in this instance.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made via the following methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
  • Personal or Company Cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to: EECW P/L in trust for Coasts & Ports 2017.
  • Bank drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to EECW P/L in trust for Coasts & Ports 2017.
  • Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to michelle.bye@encanta.com.au.

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and Encanta Event Management accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
